Microsoft C++ Redistributable 2010 x86 Vista
#1
Hello, I haven't been on this for a while...

So I have Windows Vista 64-bit SP 1 (I know, I know, it's very bad...), but I got this problem and it says: "This application has failed to start because MSVCR100.dll was not found. Re-installing this application may fix this problem." So, I decided to go ahead and download the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable 2010 x86, but on the requirements, it says Vista SP 2 or later. So, does anyone know if it still would work if I installed it on my SP 1 Vista?

I'm not that familiar with Vista (for obvious reasons), but a requirement is a required in most cases...

Tried searching it? This is all I saw...

Just... install it and see if it works or... update to SP2? Tongue2

Ok, I'll go ahead and try. I was a while back thinking of just getting a new computer all together, but that never turned out.
