Microsoft VC++ problem
#1
I introduced PCSX2 to most of my friends and family and they love it Happy
and this problem got it one of my friends after the first time of running a game on pcsx2
The title of the error is:
Microsoft VC library ... ( I forgot the rest ) Tongue
The description is: the application has requested the runtime to terminate it in usual way
and PCSX2 got terminated
Any idea
He gets alot of runtime errors when he is running any C++ applications
I had this problem once but i fixed and i don't remember how[/align]

2010 is needed for the newer version of pcsx2 to work(2008 is needed for the older versions...and maybe something else).

PS.PCSX2 is not the only program that need 2008/2010 so it won't hurt to have both of them installed

OK i recently talked with him he brought the PC to a professional and he said :
the structure of your hard drive is corrupted blaa blaa blaa ...
bottom line : you should format your whole hard driver !!!!
and i said WTF !!!!
how formatting the whole hard drive is going to fix the runtime error Huh
should he format the whole hard drive
i can ensure that the problem isn't virus related issue

Then the guys is not a professional, u can check the hdd with tons of apps, u can download the tools in the web of the maker(my english suck so bear it with me xD), and for some "professionals" like hp guys and more, format is always the solution xD
