Midnight Club 3 no menu appear

Uh.. im nerveus

Today, i got my new game run in problem. Intro and rockstar logo looks normal but no sound. When the intro finished, the game doesn't show the menu, instead its just blank at black screen and some gray flash appear. I tried fast boot, lowest preset, etc.
Can anybody help? 

Anyway, do you understand wut i say?

I got smallest low end pack spec here
2gb ram (really? Dumb)
Intel celeron n2840 (dumb)
Intel hd graphic (real dumb)

FYI, Midnight Club 3 is a rather demanding game. I don't think your hardware could handle the game at a reasonable speed even if you manage to fix the issues by updating to the latest version.

Also IIRC Fast texture invalidation hack gives a good performance boost in this game, maybe worth a try but I still wouldn't be expecting playable speed with your hardware.
