Midnight club Street racing hangs on loading screen

While trying to load gamemodes such as races or cruise mode the loading screen will hang and it will display this error :

If it has someting to do with the emulator please fix this as I really want to experience the nostalgia of playing this game again

use the new git builds. 1.2.1 and all git builds made before June 28 still have an old hack fix that that allows batman to work, but kills Midnight club. Thankfully that hack fix isn't required anymore

Yeah 1.2.1 is the one i am using but still it won't load

[EDIT] I looked trough the GIT builds but they seem to be 32 bit only if I am not mistaken?

Yeah I've tried that :/ Is there any other way to speed up PCSX2? I understand that it is hard to emulate both the console itself and the games but is there any other way? I've seen people who are able to play at 100% speed and 60 fps with a low end to mid range gaming pc.
