Perfect requires that you can finish all the games in the collection without any issues whatsoever. Did you play all the games with both HW and SW, and finish most of 'em(or at least some of 'em and played through the majority of the others)? Are there no upscaling issues(offset) issues?

And why did you use non-default Texture Filtering? Seems unnatural here considering the games. Testing with unexplained non-default settings can lead to confusion later.

You can add "Gamefixes Used: Automatic" instead of mentioning it as a comment. Though if you used one of the presets it's better to add that instead.
