Misaligned Effects in UFER

Hello, I've been playing Ultraman Fighting Evolution Rebirth on 1.6.0 build of PCSX2. There are the Misaligned special effect problem. I have tried to change the GS setting to fix the problem. However, it is not working. I can't figure out what's causing it.

CPU : Intel Core i5-8500 CPU @ 3.00GHz
GPU : NVIDIA Geforce GTX 1060 6GB
Memory: 16GB RAM
