Mod Failure

Question
I am going to keep it short, so that it won't be so complicated... for me...

OK, I am new to applying modifications to games, so don't criticize, please. I used this "AFS Explorer" mod applier thing, but I can't seem to be able to play with the mods applied. So what I am asking is... How am I to play Dragon Ball Z Budokai Tenkaichi 3 (with mods) on PCSX2 v1.2.1. I think I know why it isn't working but I am not entirely sure... The affected files are in the a different folder.

P.S: The AFS Explorer modifier download is right here.

And I followed this video perfectly.

Where did you download the mod from? Usually there are communities devoted to the mods they create. For example I mod N64 games and am a member of communities that specialize in that.

Off topic, but I'm interested. What kind of mods have you done for N64 games? You can PM me the info so we keep this thread clean, but I'm really curious.
