only one thing i can say about that snapshot..
its to big please used the attachment section at the post page..
ur cpu is a P4 which is a single core which is under any circumstances is relatively weak compared to dual core..
because pcsx2 use a lot of cpu resource so one core doesn't cut it..
read the system requirement for this emu here
those fps is decent for ur cpu..
try some speedhack and see if that helps..
