i think the problem is that this game has some copy protection recheck thing so disk swapping doesn't work i tried this on my ps2

That's why you play the original disc and not a copy.

There's no other reason a 'copy protection' should prevent you from playing this. Otherwise it would be an instant flop and be completely unplayable for everyone in the world.

once a game has loaded there is not more copy protection checks. PCSX2 just does not YET know how to handle disc swapping

i wasn't using the original disc it was a burned dvd sorry forgot to mention
