This seems like a widescreen hack gone wrong to be honest.
Previous reply stands though, please show us your settings (GSdx ones specifically, as well as the Hardware Hacks dialog)

All the other settings in GSdx aren't checked.

Try using MicroVU instead of SuperVU.

I've tried that, but it didn't fix the issue, it only made everything laggy. :s
