Mortal Kombat: Armageddon 60 fps for low end pcs config

Hey guys, so I must say that I am noob in all that emulating stuff, but I managed to launch MK:A with 60 fps on my pretty old laptop.
Specs:
Processor: Intel Core i7-720QM 1.60GHz
Ram: 8 gb
VRam: 1 gb
Video card: Ati Mobility Radeon HD 5650
