Mortal Kombat SM pixelated textures bug health/blood bar

Hello, I recently started playing the Mortal Kombat SM PAL version in several languages, everything goes very well in Goro's lair, but when entering the academy, the problems start, the life bar and menus become pixelated and do not let you see anything, additionally moving, hitting or blood animations look as if they were 16 bits, I tried with the USA version and it does not have that problem, I have already tried with 3 PAL isos and I still have the same problem, I would like to know what is happening since I want to play this game in my language, and I remember a few years ago having played it and I did not have that problem, I saw a forum like that a few years ago but no conclusion was ever reached.

Please post a copy of the emulog.txt file so we can help you better.

Check Tools > Enable File Logging. If it is already checked, ignore this step.
If you ticked the box in the above step, restart PCSX2.
Click Tools > Open Data Directory to jump to your PCSX2 folder.
Reproduce your issue.
Close PCSX2, and do not open it again.
Go back to your PCSX2 folder. Open the logs folder, and upload the emulog.txt file to this channel.

I have been trying several options, all my games are in vulkan, but I have been testing with opengl, direct11, 12 but the problem continues

looks like you fiddled with settings wihtout knowing what you were doing.
delete this file : D:\ESCRITORIO RECUPERACION 22 SEPTIEMBRE\EMULADOR PS2\EMULADOR\gamesettings\SLES-53524_3D02E0BF.ini
and try again
