hello i have rx 580 and intel i5 9400f but it cant play shaolin monks at 60 fps im having 50 fps can you guys help me

Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.

well i to do have slowdowns on that game with my pc which is significantly low weaker compared to yours.
so here are a few this that might help
1. get the latest dev build from here: https://buildbot.orphis.net/pcsx2/
2. enable mtvu hack

It's possible that you have a PAL version of the game. If so, then 50 fps is actually normal as NTSC games goes to 60 fps while PAL goes up to 50 fps. You can add a cheat though that will allow PAL games goes to 60 fps.
