I'm testing the new beta (0.9.7) and when I press Esc to pause the emulation, the mouse pointer disappears when it is over the pcsx2 window. Can't click anything but I can resume the emulation with the keyboard.
I'm using windows 7 64 bits. Does anybody know what the problem could be? Thanks.

Try disabling the mouse API on Lilypad. Either that or the "Always hide cursor" option in lilypad controller plugin.

Disabling the mouse API fixed the problem but I can't play using the mouse that way. The "Always hid cursor" option didn't make a difference. But checking "Start without mouse focus" fixed the problem. Thanks for the help. Any idea why this happens to me?

Lilypad has options that were intended for the old pcsx2 GUI and they don't work too well with the new one, not much to do about it for now. Preferably the GUI is the one that should be managing those features, right now the "always hide cursor" is on the new GUI also and could be what causes the problem, not sure
