Moving Save from ps2 memory card to pcsx2

Is it possible to take a save from my ps2 memory card and put it on my pc to play with pcsx2?

it shows u how to make saves from gamefaqs, gameshark, etc pcsx2 compatible

but since u want saves from your own ps2, u will have to figure out how to get ur memory card saves onto ur comp first, then do what the guide says. (pretty sure someone has a guide for that somewhere aswell, idn where tho)
