I got the Sly Cooper ISO to work but it runs slowly with choppy audio.

1. delete the plugins mentioned in the error messages.
2. install the latest beta installer/plugin pack, the linuziso you use is outdated.
3. make an iso of your whole game disc with e.g. imgburn, don't mount this iso image, point your linuziso directly to it. don't point linuziso to the ioprpxxx.img file inside the game disc/image!
4. if you need more speed, enable some speed hacks, especially some "vu cycle stealing". also try if unchecking "allow 8-bit textures" in the gsdx settings is faster for you.
