Going any higher would make the game run too fast. 60 FPS is PS2's normal framerate.

Want to stream your games? Let me know and I can help you get set up with Open Broadcaster Software.

as already stated 60 fps is the default limit for ntsc games, cause it means the emulation runs at the same speed as on the real ps2. if you still want higher values disable vsync in your gsdx config and set the frame limiter mode under "config->cpu" to "normal". but keep in mind that fps > 60 mean that the gameplay and not only the display of the graphics are sped up. so, at 120 fps your enemies are twice as fast as on the ps2 Wink
