#1
Hello my pc configuratio is:

Intel core 2 duo E8400 3.00 ghz
Nvidia geforce 9800 gt 512 mb
4 gb ram
500gb hdd
motherboard asus p5ql pro

So i play smackdown vs raw 2007 with 60 fps but my question is how can i become more fps??
In pcsx2 i use GSdx 890 SSE41 0.1.14 graphic is this good or should i use another to become more FPS in games??
btw when i try to play in full screen on 1024*768 the fps drops around 40-30!!!

Thx

The Play Station 2 and any other console uses a fixed framerate of 60fps in ntfs and 50 in pal, if the game is running over that framerate, it will go faster than normal (accelerated), so 60 is the perfect point in pcsx2, you can disable auto in cpu config, but the game will be out of sync.
Sorry for my english.

download the latest beta revisions of pcsx2 and plugins (search the stickied threads), gsdx sse4.1 is the right choice, make sure that you choose the dx10 hardware mode if you have vista/win7.

choose gsdx as your gpu plugin. open its settings and choose "direct3d10 (hardware)" under "renderer".

native means that the game is rendered in its original resolution, i.e. the resolution a real ps2 would render it in. if you don't tick this checkbox you are able to choose the resolution the game is rendered in under "d3d internal res", higher values like 1024x1024 or 1920x1080 e.g. increase the quality of the graphical output of 3d games considerably. just experiment a bit what the highest internal resolution is that doesn't reduce your fps.

well, first try the latest beta of gsdx: http://forums.pcsx2.net/thread-3031.html
together with the latest betas of pcsx2 + plugins from here: http://forums.pcsx2.net/thread-3716.html

does the console window of pcsx2 show any error messages when the crash happens?
