My Laptop is weak for Pcsx2 1.0 ?

The cutscenes in GTA LCS use the in-game engine, so yeah they lag too. I actually beat this game a few months ago. I would get 60fps sometimes, but the game would frequently dip down to 40~50 depending on where I was in the world and what direction I was facing. It's mainly because they decided to use some new engine for this game instead of Renderware like they used in GTA3 and VC... I get 60fps at all times on GTA3, and even though LCS is more or less the same exact city, it performs much worse by comparison.
