My PC - Configuration PCSX2 0.9.7

I change this settings, but doesn't work.
In menu, i have 15 FPS.

I click ,,play now" and when i choose boxer i have 15 FPS.
When i change on the next boxer, his loading, i have 60 FPS.
When i see him - loow fps :/

well, yes, that was just the basic framreates thing. I have been somewhat busy, I haven't been able to get on my PCSX2 reciently. I'll check some other fixed later on, probably tonight, if I'm not overly busy

I have been rather busy, but I got that for ya last night.

I load iso fight night round 2 and its better.
In menu, i have 40 fps, but in fight 20-25 and graph is loow (textures on ring).

Hmmm.. I on Speedhacks and fps in game menu 40 FPS, on the ring 40-50 FPS, this is very good, graph is good, but is SLOW MOTION (1second in game = 1s on real)

This is a common problem when you enable the VU Cycle Stealing speedhack. Reducing it or disabling it entirely should help, but it's going to hurt your framerate too.

your CPU may be a bit slow for this game.
try overclocking a bit around 2.8 ghz.
it may help
