My PCSX2 Keeps Freezing

I have the latest version of PCSX2 and every single one of my games keeps freezing for 5-10 seconds. 
Despite being in fullscreen mode or windowed mode, they still freeze, any suggestions to fix the freezing? 
 Log is attached.
