What are your pc specs(cpu\gpu)and what settings are you using.

that cpu isn't this bad for Pcsx2, even if it might suffer with demanding games.
set your windows power plan to high performance and make sure you aren't running on batteries

ANd of course, don't compare emulators one to another. it's a ridiculous nonsense
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Mobo : Asus PRIME B450-PLUS
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070
RAM : 16 Go

Do you actually have a 1030 in that laptop? Considering the mobile version of the 1030 is the MX150 or is it actually a 1050/1050 ti? If it actually is a 1030 then drop the rendering resolutio to either native or 2x and see if that helps. Also make sure GSDX Opengl hardware mode is actually set to your nvidia gpu and not the intel igp.

Resolution was at native. But changing Reso to 2x native and CRC Hack to partial seems to have done the trick. Can you tell me why ? Tongue

CRC hack Partial removes some problematic effects from a number of games AKA ones that aren't implemented correctly or at all and that can really slow down emulation. Looks like that was the issue here.
