Here are the specs to my pc.
AMD FX-6100 3.3GHz Six Cores
GeForce GTX 960 2GB
16 GBs of Ram
I feel like my pc should be able to run this no problem.
Maybe you guys can give me insight because you are experts.
Some games I can play at 100% for most of it with random occasions of dropping to 50s for awhile. lowest I've gotten was about 20s. I feel like maybe my settings are wrong. I just don't know much about the Ps2 Emulator. I've downloaded tons of games to test on.
