Hi, I just got a new laptop and I am so freaking happy about it it's the most powerful thing I have ever owned (besides a PS4) but I want to know from experts, can I run most everything the ps2 has to offer given I tweak and pull at the settings, my specs are.
Operating System = Microsoft Window 8.1
Ram is 4 gigs
CPU name = AMD A6-5200 Quad-Core APU with Radeon HD 8400 GPU
CPU speed = 2.000 ghz (4 logical threads)

You will struggle to get full speed with most games on that system.

Left it at a friends house, but most every game I actually play should run fine. Like I said this is the best system I have ever owned, so 45 FPS is amazing for me.
