With speedhacks 3.125GHz should be fine for 90% of games.

It's just the Graphical Glitches that get in the way of enjoying it.

Exactly, like in tekken5 grfical glithches on some arena cause seroius slowdowns. Its fixed in software mode but:
1. no enhanced grahics in that mode
2. much slower

I'm estimating we'll have a perfect PS2 emulator by at least 2015.

If you really want to play the game, play it on your PS2.

Most PS2 games now are under £20~. I bought Suikoden 5/Persona 4 for £20 each, Final Fantasy 12 for £10, Suikoden Tactics / Dark Chronicle (Cloud 2) £13~ each, Rogue Galaxy (Sealed) £18.

When I received them I made ISO's of them and tried them out on PCSX2, they all run pretty damn well.
