My controller don't work with PCSX2

I have NACON WIRED COMPACT CONTROLLER, but whatever settings I make, it doesn't work with the emulator. I also have another controller LOGITECH WIRELESS F710, that works with the emulator without making any settings. I want the other one to work, but what should I do? I'm obviously missing something somewhere ...Can anyone help? Unsure
OS: Windows 10 Pro 64 bit. PCSX2 1.5.0

P.S. I forgot to mention that in the settings the emulator sees the controller and the buttons on the setup are adjusted, but then the controller just doesn't work. Otherwise, other PC-games work without error.

Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.

why are you using a dev version miles behind latest one ?
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Mobo : Asus PRIME B450-PLUS
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070
RAM : 16 Go

After testing a dozen games, it turned out that in some games the controller works, but in most games it doesn't. Wireless works in all games without notice.
