I'm running an i5-4690K @ 4.6 GHz and it runs pretty good even though my RAM is only 1600MHz and my GPU is an older GTX 750Ti 2GB. I usually run at 3x resolution in DX11 at full speed with only a couple dips into the 50's. With the faster RAM and better GPU, your rig should run great. My advice is to make sure your PSU is Haswell-ready. Mine isn't and I got a lot of crashes/BSODs after my upgrade from Ivy Bridge because my older PSU didn't support Haswell's new C-States so I had to disable them in the BIOS.
