Does it happen with Direct3D 11 & OpenGL Hardware renderers and the software renders (Config > Video(GS) > Plugin Settings, select the Renderer)?

Both. OpenGL crashes immediately. Direct X 11 also crashes. DX 9 works but the screen flickers too much.
