NBA Jam Does Not Emulate Correctly

Tried to play NBA Jam for PS2 since it's my favorite version of the game but to my surprise it does not emulate this game correctly.

Are there any fixes for this game? Is this a known issue for this game? Will it be fixed in a future release?

In order to help you further with your problem, please make sure the following are all provided.

• Your hardware specs - CPU, Graphics Card, Memory, Operating System.
  
• The version of PCSX2 you are using.
  
• Any non default settings you are using.
  
• What games you are trying to play and if you are playing them from ISO or DVD.

hmm well I tried that with the EE Cyclerate set to 1 and this seems to fix the graphics but the game will not load up.. it just stays stuck on the loading screen. This is version 1.40 of PCSX2

I'm not sure how to compile it.. is there any easy way to do this on windows for windows?
much easier if there were already compiled versions.. do you know anywhere that has them precompiled for download?
