NBA Street Vol2 maxing GPU out any tips?
#1
Hey guys!

I have been researching this topic for quite a while and finally decided to just straight up ask what I have been looking for. I have a pretty decent PC (I think) here are my specs....

Intel i7-7700 @3.60ghz
16gb memory
NVIDIA GTX 1070 8gb

So from what have been seeing is that I picked the absolute worst game to try and get running smoothly with higher-end output than any other game out there. Everything runs smooth and looks great up until the game starts and my GPU maxes out in hardware mode and frames drop and we move to slow motion. I dont think I have my settings too crazy in my set up... I am running these...

Adapter: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1070
Renderer: OpenGL (Hardware)
Interlacing: Auto
Allow 8bit textures is unchecked
Internal Resolution set to 3x native
Texture filtering Bilinear (PS2)
Antisotropic Filtering 2x
CRC Hack Level is Full (safest)
Enable HW hacks is unchecked
Hardware depth is unchecked
Blending unit accuracy is medium

Any tips would be helpful! I love playing around with this emulator and would def love to be able to play a higher def version of this game! From what I understand from researching this game is apparently a hog!

Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.

Please make sure to enclose your emulog in code tags like so (remove the empty space on the closing code tag!):

What do You think is going on with this one?

it's a very rare PS2 model you cannot possibly own.
or, prove it ?

Blending unit accuracy is medium

Probably that make it slow. Games using EAGL are really heavy to emulate blending effects. Also update PCSX2, is 4 years old.

So I updated my console and my version of PCSX2 and it runs worse on hardware mode than before lol. It runs fine on open GL software though just doesn't look as pretty Sad..... Is anyone willing to see if they can get it running smoothly on theirs in hardware mode?
