It just seem like when I was running Pcsx2 1.4.5 it was running so smooth and it accelerated thru cut scenes with 115% or better.
But it got deleted a couple months back, and I didnt try to get it until a couple days ago. I don't know. I appreciate the help fellas.

There is no such thing as pcsx2 1.4.5

Latest stable release is 1.4.0
Dev builds are 1.5.0
