NFS HP2 60 FPS patch ERROR

Trying to run Need for Speed Hot Pursuit 2 on best performance. its ISO NTSC

• Turn CRC hacks to Automatic.
  
• Turn off VU cycle stealing
  
• Reduce the resolution
  
• Turn mipmapping to Basic
  
• Skipdraw you can leave, but really it should be disabled.

i tried all those, but it didnt make any diffrence.
i think my processor is weak

Try changing PCSX2_vm.ini (this file is in the 'inis' folder in the PCSX2 directory).
Find 'FrameratePAL' in the ini file and change it to '60.00' from '50.00'. Restart PCSX2 and see if the game runs at 60fps. There might be audio sync issues with this workaround.
