Namco X Capcom Settings

Hi, firstly my English not very well and I apologize if I write something wrong. I read "PCSX2 configuration guide" and I did some configuration for namco x capcom but I got line on the screen at opening. Is there a way to remove the lines and which settings can get best graphic for this game? My system; Gtx 1660ti and i5 9400f. I watched some videos for configuration and I tried some different settings but I think nothing changed.

Looks like you need align sprite in GSDX, enable HW hacks and then align sprite.
