Naruto Accel 2 - Best Config

New member here and still a noob ... So sorry for nothing xP

I've downloaded pcsx 0.9.4 especially to play Naruto Shippuuden Accel 2

I saw lots of videos on youtube of people running this game at constant 70 fps and I don't even get near that ...

Barely 30-40 or sometimes even 20 fps ...

PC SPECS:

CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E4600 - 2395MHZ
GPU: ATI HD 4670 ( I run crysis: high)
Ram: 4gb
OS: Microsoft Vista Ultimate 32bits

PLEASE GUYS, post a good configuration to run this game, I am trying this for years!

I have a bios and the GSDX 0.1.13 plugin ...

Hm... If that is your reason, why not play on your PS2 if you are having problems, assuming you have one.
