Naruto UN3 PAL have a problem with the UJutsus

Hi Guys.
It's me again, this time i want to post this problem which i have with Naruto Ultimate Ninja 3 (PAL)
Idk if it's the same in NTSC.
The problem is: When i use an Ultimate Jutsu, the button's combination appears only for a 1-2 seconds, i can only press 3 buttons and then they disappear..

im not really sure if it has to do something with the game...
i once read about that game, gameplay graphics and all and i don't remember anything about vanishing command buttons...

I can't use Software mode atm, in this PC it works very bad, maybe i'll try it in my new PC in a month or half.
