Naruto Ultimate Ninja 4

Is it possible to get this game to run in full speed?
I guess i get it as playable but there is some lag.
Is it possible to get it to be 90-100% and always around 50-60FPS?

My System specs are:
AMD Phenom II 940 3.0GHz
G.Skill 4GB DDR2
Asus EN9500GT

My current Naruto settings are
x2 Cycle Rate and INIT Sync Hack
I am using 0.9.6. GSdx 997 SSE2.
Also my resolution is set at 1680x1050, 16:9
Advanced is set to Default

Use all speed hacks (cycle rate x3) and set to native resolution, that should help

If you set 1080x1050 for internal D3d gsdx plugin, seem you already set too high for your gpu. That setting can hold your cpu performance because your gpu reach a limit. Try with pcsx2 latest snapshot too.
