Yeah these lines are gliches caused by upscaling, there is no fix for that exept using Native resolution. But its not so bad as it happens only in FMVs.

Try this: Go to Config-> Emulation Settings -> GS Window -> Change Zoom setting to 101
This will Zoom in a bit and cut out the "glitched" pixels. (use 102 if they still show up)

As for DX11 i dont think there is a fix until nvidia relases a fixed driver for this issue. DX9 or downgrading are the only options.

Aww.. ;_;
I see.
Well, the glitchy line is gone.
Anyway, now, suddenly, MY GS IS GOING REALLY HIGH.
I had it on 1920x1080 before yesterday, and now it's suddenly lagging at some places in the village. What the hell? My graphics card is pretty good, and why is this so random?!
Edit: Now it's even on 2x Native! What is this?!
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bits (6.1, build 7601)
Processor: AMD A8-3800 APU with Radeon™ HD Graphics (4 CPUs), ~ 2.4 GHz
RAM: 4096MB = 4.1 GB
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 Ti

GS% is the CPU side of the GS mostly.

And DX9 is sometimes slower than DX11(but sometimes faster too, just depends).
