its been activated with a Alienware OEM SLIC key.

OK so it's a pirated Windows 7 mod, activated with an alienware key. So NOT an Alienware OS, NOT SP3 or anything like it so exactly what I said in my first reply here
Anyway back on topic, I have no idea why you'd get that 'lagging' since you're getting full speed without speed hacks and running from the ISO. So I'd have to deduce it's your l33t OS

I would also recommend u to run your Operating System in 64-bit mode, cause with 12 Gigs of RAM and using a 32-bit Operating system is quite thrown away money. Mainly since 32-bit OS has a limitation of 3 Gigs.
