You have an outdated video card.
#3
wjat type of video card do i need?? and whats the price range?
#4
What games are you looking to run? The video card required highly depends on the rest of the system as well, would be good to post all of your specs.

I'm also concerned by the first line,
Code:
CDVD: Disk Type: DVD-Video
I don't recall seeing that before, is the image/disc you're trying to run a movie?

Considering how old your video card is, I doubt that your PC is any newer. You'd be better off playing PS2 games on your PS2, then trying to emulate them on that PC. Just to be sure though, post your system specifications.
Edit: Too late >.<
Nappa: Vegeta! What does the scouter say about his power level?
Vegeta: It's...one thousand and six.
Nappa: Wh-...really?
Vegeta: Yeah! Beat him up Nappa!
Nappa: Yay!

The man is running an eMachine, I think that's punishment enough.

johndeerejoyride: You're not going to get good performance unless you buy a whole new computer. As far as I know the Celeron line doesn't support SSE2, and without that no video card in the world can help you.
