lol not the graphics card. Most important is still the CPU's clockspeed.

Tekken games might need atleast 3.2 to 3.6 to run somewhat close to fullspeed @60 fps.

yes i overclocked mine to 3.5Ghz to get full speeds, gpu clocks dont matter for pcsx2 if youre using 5870, its more than good enough even at stock clocks for pcsx2

my clock speed is at 2.8ghz. can you tell me what to leave on like resolution, speeds hacks etc. or put it this way, what settings do you use?

well your i7 is not 1366 socket its 1156 which means performance wise its closer to i3 and i5 than 9XX series i7's, ask someone who has i3 or i5 in this forum, they will tell you how high you will need to oc to get full speeds, i can tell you that you need at least 3.5Ghz, as for resolution play on the highest res that your monitor supports(1920x1080 for me) otherwise theres no point playing on pc just use ps2 for best performance. Speed hacks, i try to keep recommended ones on, everything else messes up games, also use dx11 gsdx plugin with highest sse, should be sse4 for you.

In PCSX2, it seems Lynnfield (LGA-1156) performs the same as Bloomfield (LGA-1366) while Clarkdale performs a bit below both. By the way, it's a laptop so the talk of sockets doesn't really apply...

who said its a laptop? it doesnt say his gpu is mobile, and his cpu is clocked at 2.8Ghz so i think its desktop
