Need help Pls

Hi i'm using PCSX2 0.9.8.r4600. every game i played having trouble with the graphics. the word or the picture wasn't clear,seem like a shadow. Could see it on the pic bottom. i also have attached the Logfile and my graphic card are Nvidia 9500GT 512 MB
