what are you calling "better cpu" ?

lol well I don't have the specs because I don't have a new one im just saying a better one im certain that there are plenty of better ones, Im just asking if a better one would make the emulators run better

Yes. But you have a laptop, right? Are you sure your CPU is upgradeable?

Also, remember that your GPU is on your CPU chip, so you replace one, you are replacing both.

Yeah, but for instance if it's BGA mounted then you are gonna need a vacuum/heat workstation to remove it and resolder a new one.
