Need help identifying a 2/3/4 in 1 racing game

Hi everyone, I'm new here.

I'm trying to identify an old racing game I used to play years ago.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Here is what I can remember:

It was a 2/3/4 in 1 game

It had a sort of neo-futuristic feel a bit like the Extreme G Racing series

You could race cars, boats and possibly RC cars (the RC's might be a confusion between another game though)

The box art had a blue or green palette

The tracks I can remember were called San Francisco and another track where you drove through a large volcano headquarters of some sort

Anyway, that's all I can remember, so any pointers or info would be great!
