Need help to make game run smoother <3

Hello everyone, i hope you have a great day.
So, atm i need some help with my settings, here's the picture of the setup from the internet.

I follow the steps, i can get into the game but i think the graphic is a little bit different from original ps2.

My Specs:

• CPU: Intel i3-8100 @3.60 Ghz
  
• 8,0GB RAM, i didn't know how to see mhz.
  
• NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 3Gb.
  

My Question: 
This is my brother computer, i want to play a game called Kingdom Hearts 2 and Dragon Quest 8. 
Can someone tell me the best setup for this? some youtube link is ok. I got this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BX5F8MWiHCE but not much help.
