Need help to reduce the lag

hi sir first of all happy christmas:-)

i installed pcsx2 1.3.1 latestly i having problem with gsdx plugin

my specs 8gb ram 2gb radeon hd8600 graphics updated to dx 12 processer i3 4th

while i opening pcsx2 with some downloaded plugins gsdx10 game is playing in windowed mode also laggy

how i can play game with gsdx 11 or 12 to increase gaming

my laptop is even playing fallout 4 ,b03 in high settings

• Your hardware specs - CPU (exact model),Operating System.
  
• The exact version of PCSX2 you are using.
  
• Any non default settings you are using.
  
• What games you are trying to play and if you are playing them from ISO or DVD.
