Need help to transfer Memory Card

Hey there, I created my account just to solve this issue :
I've been using the 1.4 version for my playtrough of Persona 3, and I've been willing to mod it to have the Full Party Control.
But apparently I need 1.5 to get it to work, so I installed the Build, but I need to transfer over my memory cards to not loose my 30 hours of gameplay, and there is no "memcards" file in my old folder.

What should I do ?
