Need help with Spider-Man 2.

So I have a AMD Radeon HD 8330 GPU and I cannot seem to run Spider-Man 2 efficiently, I made it so that it can reach 40fps but the speed is what i need to go up.

What is your CPU ?
Keep in mind Spiderman 2 has to be run insw mode to be playable
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Mobo : Asus PRIME B450-PLUS
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070
RAM : 16 Go

As jesalvein said, it need to be run at software mode , but also turned off speedhacks you've enabled .(if any)
Core i3 9100f 3.6Ghz
RAM=8GB
nvidia GT 1030
pcsx2 version-1.3.1
