Need help with The Sims 2

Greetings!

I'm having troubles with The Sims 2. The problem occurs when I create a sim in story mode, the screen just freezes all of a sudden.
I've read other threads and found the problem might be in the renderer that I chose, so I've tried changing Direct3D9 (Hardware) to Direct3D9 (Software) and Direct3D11 (Software), but the problem still persists

the emulog and the screenshot of my gsdx configuration are attached to this post. Oh, and I'm using PCSX2 1.4.0 and gsdx sse4
