Need help with cheats: Breath of Fire Dragon Quarter (europe)

Hi there! My first post Apologies in advance for formatting, as I don't yet know it properly.
I've been playing Breath of Fire Dragon Quarter, the PAL version, and I've been loving it. Even been using that beautiful widescreen patch for it.

However, for my second playthrough I wanted to boost my character's levels to precisely where they were before I reset.

I've used OmniConvert on the following AR-Max codes;

Infinite Party XP

and with Omniconvert, turned them into this;

However, the cheats don't work at all. I've tried similarly with cheats such as 0% d-ratio.
I have the appropriate file, 867AB5D0.pnach, in the correct locations too.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

You're converting to the wrong output. You should have convert it into RAW/Unencrypted, that's what the PCSX2 pnach uses.
Also, no need for the master codes (M), you can omit that.
