Need help with configurations

I am new to pcsx2 and i need help with a configuration to run Dragon Ball Z Budokai Tenkaichi 3.

I am using an Asus laptop with these specs if it helps:

Intel Core i7 processor
8GB RAM
nvidia GeForce GTX 460M GPU
Windows 7
DirectX11

What problem do you get currently? What PCSX2 settings? Plugin settings?

Well with these settings on 0.9.8 the game runs extremely fast for the opening, but once the gameplay hits the fps goes down to like 30-40fps

What do the EE/GS% numbers in game window say when you get slowdowns? What is the speed (GHz) in your CPU?

EE is usually around 100% but GS is around 60-70%. And my processor is 2.00GHz quadcore

use a recent revision with the mtvu hack.

my revision is r4600. is there anything newer? and im new so sry to ask but what/where is the mtvu hack?

yeah...couldnt really understand the mtvu hack after reading it but when i enabled it the start of the game has an fps of over 100, but when the gameplay starts the fps goes down to 30-40 again but this time the EE is at 50% and the GS is at 100%
